I spoke to Mrs Felder Gates back in 2020 if I am not misaken and she herself was very nice and professional! Today I was calling back to actual see if I could hire Mrs Felder Gates for my child custody matter and had the pleasure of speaking with Ms. LaTisha (not sure if spelled correctly).
